For those who have seen the animated series will know that this live action sticks very closely to the anime plot. However like many other live action versions of anime allot of content is cut out. If you want to see live-action movies you’d best have a look at the Death Note (live action-movie) Although if your a a fan of the series it wont hurt spending an hour or two watching this movie. The problem with The Prince of Tennis live action movie is that unlike Death Note its characters kinda look like they are cos playing rather than actual actors of a movie. I suggest you give this one a pass, the only real thing worth seeing is the special effects present. The effects may not be very special but its cool seeing the animated techniques featured in the anime version come to life.

Yea I agree, the Death Note Movie is alot better, though seeing the snake in real life was cool.

yap, i agree with that. the movie very disappointing. only the actor that act as tezuka look quite suit the tezuka character. but i still prefer the animated series.. cant wait for the ova 14

I always think that manga is better than anime and live- action movies. But, after reading manga, i also want to watch anime and L.A movie of it. Though anime or L.A movie is good or not, they are still concerned with the manga i love, and that’s all what i need ^ ^

I think this movie is good… but not good enough to surpass the animated one. I would still prefer death note as the BEST LIVE animated movie ever. Because the characters in the death note movie are more realistic than that of the prince of tennis. I hope to see another movie of the prince of tennis that have characters soothed enough to fit the discription in the animated one.

Well what do you think guys? Am I right?

Echizen Ryoma’s phrase “mada mada dane” means “not yet.” He uses this phrase to express that his opponents are not good enough and that they still have to be much more skilled in order to compete against him on the same level.

.,?i really really love prince of tennis!!!!!!!!all casts are cool,especially “KUNIMITSU TEZUKA” and “SYUSUKE FUJI” i love them so much……..!!!!!!! you know what?? i`m crying whenever i miss one episode of it……..huhuhuhuhu…..this anime is not only nice but its perfect,perfect…..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no anime can beat it……!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i play tennis too…
and the strokes in the movies made me one of the best payers in my town.
thanks for the strokes……………..
specially the hadoukyo..,cool drive,drive b and the rondo to destruction………….
it made me a champion in a tennis tournament 4 times a ow..
