when ii watched Wolfs Rain ii was skeptical cause loads of people told me to watch Death Note or Bleach but watching the first two episodes ii got hooked.
The characters were right up my street!!
ii was sad about Toboes death but ii had to respect that he died protecting a human teaching the stubborn sod that wolves werent all bad and ii was also sad that the youngest bravest died first he had proven his worth to the pack by taking down that massive walrus, one episode I LOVED TO BITS!! It went from Toboe being the annoying moany runt of the pack to the strong agile determined hunter of the pack which was great to see, certainly showed Tsume!
I loved all the characters have to admit ii had a soft spot for Blue & Toboe throughout though =p
Certainly would love to see a second series as to follow up was sad to see that Blue wasnt reincarnated but a nice comforting touch was that Hige wore blue in rememberance and Tsumes jacket wasnt torn and he had no scar on his chest but the cutest was seeing Toboe with the kitten nice touch. The detail was incredible throughout and suckered me in!!
Dont think ii could watch Bleach or Death Note, from where im sitting nothing could beat Wolfs Rain =D

Loved the story line nd the music i jst wish tht the wolves ddnt die in the end cuz tht ws sad but maybe dt ws their route 2 paradise…..

The animation and music of Wolf’s Rain is amazing. Infact, my father said that the music was the only part he liked about it. But I enjoyed every aspect. It is orginal with a great plot. It’s short so it has a fast pace that keeps you entertained the whole time. Some people complain about epsodes 15-18, but I just skipped those (they were just reviewing what had happened so far.) I found the good character to be likable and the villians to be very hateable (especially Darcia). Overall an unique, emotional anime with a great message. Highly recommended.

I love cheza too.and blue n.n although i kinda wished they gave hiege and blue more time together.that would be great. it was still a wonderful anime. i’m ticked they took it off the air.o well.thts wat youtube and veoh is for ^.^

Ah yessah! I remember this one, the scenes of Cheza and the wolves at moonlight ^^! Great soundtrack as well.

Wolf’s Rain is awesome. Its quite interesting how the wolfs travel and band together, it stays true to how wolves really act. I can’t but help but think of those wolves that are sacred to the Indian Americans every time I hear ookami mentioned.
