After a great disaster the future is bleak for the human civilization. There is little peace as the humans are thrown into a war against vampires. An international organization established in the Vatican (Rome) dispatches a special task force in order to fight against the vampires. One of the members is Abel Nightroad, at first he may seem to be a clumsy and useless fool but it is soon revealed that he is actually a species far superior than the humans or vampires. He is a vampire who can feed on the blood of other vampires, one with exceptional power and ability.

It looks like another vampire anime and sadly I’d have to agree. The highlight of this series would be the magnificent uniform designs that the characters wear. If only the people in the real Vatican had such cool uniforms lol. The concept of Lost technology instantly reminded me of Trigun and as you watch the series you will notice obvious similarities between the two serials. It was enjoyable at most so if your looking for a vampire series you’d best check out Hellsing before giving this a try. It wasn’t bad watching this series its just that there are other more worthwhile serials out there.

Good animation with quite a bit of action, unfortunately the storyline is slightly boring, and at times confusing. Nightroad’s krusnik mode is pretty cool!

One thing I really liked about this series was its complex writing and its large focus on diplomacy. I hated Esther, though. Such an annoying character.

The uniforms are awesome, Ive also seem people cosplaying with the Trinity Blood uniforms and it looks very good…probably pros though. This series was pretty good but I found the storyline let me down a little, I would have preferred something more unique. I guess also the action while there was adequate, but the problem was that there were little good action scenes, most were just Abel turning into his true form and slicing a person with his massive scythe.

This series was pretty interesting, I like how Abel held back and only used a percentage of his power though I would have expected something more when he used 100% of his power.

The story was average but gonzo keeps its reputation as one who produces great animation and design. Though I think Abel could have had a better hair style when he is transformed.

Too bad the writer died before completing the 2nd season of Trinity Blood, damn guy died right before finishing the final fight scene between abel and cain.

The anime is great, but the manga is better.
But what was happened with Abel and Esther? Yes, Esther fell in love with Abel , but I don’t think that Abel requited it… Because his real love is Lilith, but Lilith is his mother too… Isn’t her? In the anime, Abel has got a “friend, who is almost his girlriend”, think…. She is Noelle. But I thunk, tha manga, without Noelle and “many” other characters, is better. I think, that’s more understandable.

You know, if you guys are part of the many people accusing Trinity Blood of copying Blood+, I’m afraid you all have been mislead. TRINITY BLOOD IS DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME AS BLOOD+. It’s just the 1st season’s slightly similar. And there was supposed to be a 2nd season for this anime and the only reason why there wasn’t was because the original writer of the trinity blood novels died. Although the anime will not continue anymore, the manga is now starting book 11, so do go and read it! Trinity Blood is the best manga ever!

yeah its was a great anime and im pretty sure they’ll make the last fight scene and make the second season but if they dont just watch the japanese version they probly have the eighth season or fourth by now since normally all anime in japanese is head from america anime by like 28 seasons take naruto for instance america is still stuck on naruto being like 12 when in japan they have the shipuden season alrdy when hes older and stronger so yeah just watch trinty blood in a different language with english subtitles itll be better and itll youll hear the characters good voices instead of the crappy american ones trust youll be happier when you get to watch the second season
