After the end of a war the land is left in famine and poverty. With the existence of corruption within the army and ruling powers the army creates the 3rd section of information bureau known as Pumpkin Scissors. Although seeing a man with a glowing blue lantern destroying tanks with a handgun was interesting for the first episode the excitement seemed to drain after the 3rd round or so.

Itâ€™s kinda like Full Metal Alchemist without the alchemy lol. Hence there is nothing real special or worth watching in this series, however this is not an awful anime either. If your an army stuff person then you may enjoy this otherwise there are more worthy things for you to watch.

I couldnt really get into this show much, though now the story is getting better. problem is gonzo is famous for screwing up animes halfway and such, but so far the animation quality isnt too bad lol

Funny name for a series, the name actually put me off at first but then when I actually watched it it wasnt as bad.

I don’t really understand this series, I don’t see how a guy can get shot so many times and not go down…but I guess its still kinda cool seeing a war based anime for once. I like old army war much better than mass missles, tanks, battleships … mecha lol

i downloaded the first episode because of the weird name, and was instantly taken with the big fella, so i kept watching, and it’s become one of my favorites ^_^ it is good to see this kind of show, there aren’t many out there

hmmmmm…. pumpkin scissors… name is really weird… never watched it be4 and don’t think im gonna cuz the name and show itself looks and sounds really strange and stupid in my opinion……. but what would i kno i haven’t even seen this series and don’t kno a thing a bout it
