In the future a domes were created in order to shield humans from the harsh outside environment. Romd city is a place where robots and humans live together, however this peace cannot last. Real Mayer is a young woman working for the Intelligence Bureau. While investigating a murder case that occurred in the city she is attacked by a monster classified as a proxy.
This reminds me of Ghost in the Shell where infected cyborgs or in this case autoraves (robots) start to do things that they shouldn’t be doing lol. There is allot of references towards legends and myths so if you like that kind of stuff you will probably appreciate this series. There isn’t as much action in this anime as you may hope for; it’s more of a mystery and psychological journey. At times this series may seem confusing however despite the lack of explanation of events this series turned out ok. Its defiantly one of those special preference animes where it is either you like the genre or not. I found this series actually quite enjoyable however I’ve defiantly seen a lot better.
