Based on the famed movie “Seven Samurai” this series tells the story of a village and its struggle against the brute power that rule their world. In the future many samurai have augmented their bodies with machines and after a long period of war peace is finally achieved. Though the war has ended and merchants have set up a society where people may live in peace there is a clear sense of unfairness and oppression. Every year during the harvest a group of bandits (Nobuseri) would come and steal what the rice village Kanna has worked for. Like other villages there is little they can do against the bandits that periodically steal women from their families and take the food that they need to prosper. There is one last hope, the elder of the Kanna village has decided to fend off the bandits by hiring samurai. Kirara, her younger sister Komachi and Rikichi are given the task to find their saviors however their task will no doubt prove challenging as they have nothing but rice to pay for the samurai’s services.

Fate stay night originated from a visual novel game by Type-Moon. Later the extremely famed eroge was adapted into an anime and manga series. The series follows the life of Shiro Emiya an amateur mechanic attending highschool. Ten years ago Shiro was of many who had their lives devastated by the war for the holy grail. Although he survives his parents aren’t as fortunate. As the burning flames were engulfing the city a man, Kiritsugu Emiya saves Shiro who is infact the son of a sorcerer who attempted to end the war. The war for the holy grail is said to be ongoing, the event takes place every sixty years or so, when it begins seven sorcerers are chosen and with their servants they fight for the the holy grail which is said to grant its owner’s wishes. The servants are reincarnations of legendary souls, these servants possess strength and battle capabilities beyond any human. Those who are summoned are classified into a class; saber, archer, lancer, berserker, rider, assassin and caster. During the war one of each is summoned and along with their masters they fight to the death to determine the winner. Though Shiro is no master in the arts of magic he wields a kind heart along with an unbreakable willpower when it comes to protecting others.

Jirou Mochizuki is an Old Blood Vampire. Also known as the Silver Blade, he is a war veteran, a famed vampire who fought against the Kowloon Children during the Hong Kong Crusade. The Kowloon Children are a race whose existence threatens the survival of humans and vampires. Although the humans and vampires has learned to fight against this common enemy and live in peace together there is clearly still evidence of fear and discrimination towards the vampires. Several years after the end of the war Jirou heads to Japan with his younger brother Kotarou. In Japan there is a place called the Special Zone, a secret place where vampires are allowed to live. However their journey and confrontation with the Kowloon Children hasn’t ended, nor as the dark past of Jirou disappeared.

Based on a Japanese shojo manga by Kamio Yoko, Hana Yori Dango is a series that will excite and please a range of fans. Makino Tsukushi is a poor student who has managed to enter Eitoku Gakuen a prestigious school on a scholarship. This school of the rich is ruled by the Flower 4 (F4), a group of four senior boys who come from extremely rich and powerful families. Hanazawa Rui, the son of a large corporation, Nishikado Sojiro, a player who is the heir of a tea ceremony school, Mimasaka, one with strong bonds with the underworld and the leader Domyoji Tsukasa, a person with a short temper but a strong will to fight for what he believes in. Though Tsukasa rules the school it is questionable if he is able to take on the responsibilities as the leader of the Domyoji World Finace Group. Makino like Tsukasa is one who doesn’t back down, a tough weed is what she calls herself but unfortunately one day her stubbornness and desire to protect her friends lands her in trouble with Tsukasa. Makino soon receives a red notice, F4’s declaration of war. However unlike the others who has been chased out of the school by the F4 Tsukasa won’t back down and it is her determination that catches the attention of both Rui and Tsukasa. Makino’s relationship with the F4 and its leader soon leads to more complications, though Tsukasa’s love for Makino becomes stronger and stronger so do the obstacles that stand in their way.

In the future the sport of basketball has spread across the universe, now the participants include the humans and an alien race called Gorgons. However the Intergalactic League is dominated by the Gorgons and their superior physical status. Yoshimune a basketball coach and the founder of the Intergalactic League dreams of creating a team that is able to compete against Gorgons. He holds a strong belief that as the original founders of the game the humans should be able to compete at an equal level with the Gorgons. To create his team he seeks to find the strongest basketball players on earth and Hideyoshi our protagonist is one of them. Though still young and vertically challenged (short) Yoshimune is a skilled player whose agile movements and incredible jumping power is able to allow him to play against taller opponents. Though he is far from perfect his will power and determination makes him a candidate for being the rival to a famed and skilled basket baller Gyuma.

It’s been a while since my last wallpaper lol, I find its hard to create a nice concept and found that every time I made a wallpaper I just wasn’t satisfied with it.
